It should be one of BATTERY_OK_PERCENTAGE (20) and BATTERY_WITH_CHARGER_OK_PERCENTAGE (15), depending on the charger state. Also move the battery level related constants next to their users. Test: mmma -j bootable/recovery Test: Build and boot into recovery with a pending OTA. Check the log.
